I am a 66 year old Wife, Mother, Nanny and Great Grandma. I have 11 Grandchildren and one great grandaughter who is nearly a year old.. I also have 2 cavalier king charles and they are my babies. I live next door to my Son and Daughter in law and 4 of my grandchildren, so I get to spend some quality time with them. I have been crafting for about 6 years now and am totally addicted to it. I teach cardmaking once a fortnight at a block of warden controlled flats and have been teaching this group for three years. I keep saying they must have had enough but they do not want to stop. I was teaching at the local college but gave up as the red tape became more than the subject teaching, and it was too stressful.(I had enough of that when I was working full time.) I have a very good friend who is also on the forum, Kathleen, and we met through another forum about 5 years ago. We go to as many craft fairs as we can together which is great fun. Card crafting has become my only hobby as I have now given up machine knitting and dressmaking, not enough hours in the day. I think this forum is the best.
